The International AIDS Conference in August was an opportunity for JASS delegates to encounter the politics of global decision-making on HIV/AIDS and to make their voices heard in these debates. They spoke out on platforms and in workshops, met with key players such as Stephen Lewis, marched against homophobia, and initiated the JASS blog.
