Our Network
JASS welcomes Srilatha Batliwala as our new Co-Chair!
JASS is a global community of experienced activists, organizers, educators and scholars in 12 countries. We come together around common concerns about the fragmentation of social justice efforts, and a desire to deepen critical public engagement to challenge and transform inequality at all levels. Our initiatives draw upon our network's diverse experience, knowledge and relationships at local, national, regional and global levels.
Our network enables us to multiply the scope
and volume of our work exponentially beyond our small staff, and
ensure a high degree of flexibility and multidisciplinary approaches.
Since we started in 2002, we have worked with more than 40 different
national and international organizations in more than 26 countries
in the Global South and North.
