Jacqueline Nolley Echegaray is a human rights professional with a focus on women's rights and reproductive rights.  Currently, Jacqueline is the International Program Senior Associate at Catholics for Choice (CFC) where she coordinates CFC's activities outside the United States with pro-choice Catholics and collegial organizations.

Most recently, Jacqueline was the Mesoamerica Program Coordinator for JASS. Before coming to JASS, she was the Program Associate for International Programs at the Moriah Fund, a family foundation based in Washington, DC. Jacqueline also worked for two years in the Washington office of the Center for Justice and International Law (CEJIL), a regional NGO dedicated to promoting human rights in the Americas through international litigation and advocacy.  

Jacqueline holds a degree in history and political science with a concentration in Latin America from Northwestern University. A proud Peruvian and a closet Texan, she has lived in the District of Columbia since 2003.
